Traveling Electrical Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Traveling Electrical Construction Superintendent based out of the greater Houston, TX area with flexibility to reside in Oklahoma or Arkansas. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the road and enjoys overseeing electrical commissioning and power start-up projects across industrial job sites. You'll lead a dedicated team, manage challenging field work, and be rewarded with a competitive salary and per diem travel benefits. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Traveling Electrical Construction Superintendent position include: 10+ years of experience in electrical construction, particularly in industrial environments. Qualified and experienced in electrical testing, commissioning, and power start-up procedures. Manage and lead a traveling team of 3-4 electricians on-site. Supervise electrical work for industrial projects ranging from $25K to $500K. Oversee installation and commissioning at utilities, power plants, substations, and manufacturing facilities. Work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed, with 12-hour days common. Travel to job sites with full company travel support, per diem, and mileage reimbursement. Balance 50/50 office and field work, maintaining communication with project managers and clients. Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonus potential.
