Essential Functions:** * Ability to lead a team. * Must be able to navigate customers' needs with a good attitude and must always be able to represent the Company in a service-oriented and courteous manner. * Must be able to adhere to all safety and quality procedures. * Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or holidays - attendance, punctuality and timeliness is a must. * Assist with installing and removing fabric and mats, including the cleaning and repair of mats as required. * Ability to operate heavy equipment (skid steer, front loader, etc.) preferred. * PEC Safeland Certification preferred. * Must be able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen/physical (passing DOT physical may be required if driving large vehicles 10k-26k in weight is needed).**Education& Experience Requirements:**High School Diploma or educational equivalent. 2 years' experience in warehouse/plant/operations environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
