Franchising Operations Manager (PERM)

Ecobrite Franchising, LLC in Lehi, Utah seeks for a full-time Franchising Operations Manager.The Franchising Operations Manager will be responsible for the following duties: Monitor and assess the performance of franchise locations, including financial performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction; Develop action plans to address any deficiencies; Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain consistent service standards across all franchise locations; Collaborate with franchisees to develop and execute business plans and budgets; Develop a systematic process for recruiting and selecting potential franchisees; Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new franchisees understand the company's culture and operational standards; Evaluate the financial aspects of potential franchisees, including their ability to invest in and sustain a franchise. Create financial models to project revenue and profitability; Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring they adhere to brand standards and operational procedures; Act as the final escalation point of contact for franchisee inquiries and concerns; Identify and evaluate potential franchise markets and opportunities for the largest financial return on investment; Develop a strategic plan for franchise expansion, including market research and financial analysis; Apply knowledge of business and management principles in strategic planning and resource allocation; Direct the implementation of the franchise expansion plan with the sales and marketing teams; Create franchise disclosure documents and agreements in compliance with legal regulations; Ensure that franchisees adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements, including licensing, permits, and tax compliance; Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, financial results, and operational metrics for senior management; Develop comprehensive training programs for franchisees and their staff, covering operational processes, customer service, and marketing strategies; Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide ongoing guidance to franchisees.Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, off Saturday and Sunday.Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Proven experience in franchise development and operations management.How to Apply: Contact Email resumes to Reinaldo Fuchs ...
