Homes need paint, fixup, patch holes, light plumbing and general repairs to get them ready to rent. May need some wood repair or replacement. Pay is $15 - $25 an hour 1099 contract. You must have reliable transportation and the ability to pick up items from hardware store as needed. Experience in Make ready, painting, general repairs etc. After the first week or which will likely be full time we have ongoing repairs between 5 and 30 hours every week.
