We are a Property Management Company looking for individuals to help with work orders and make-ready's. This is considered part time/contractor/1099 work.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS!!!
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION, PREFERBALY A TRUCK TO HAUL MATERIALS WITH IF NEEDED.
We are looking for someone honest and dependable. We have over 100 properties located throughout Oklahoma city and surrounding cities. We need someone to do work orders ranging from sheetrock to plumbing to fence repairs. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour flat. We do not pay for drive time or gas. We cover all materials needed for the job.
This is considered part time.
Knowledge in plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC is a plus.
Please come by the office located at 4000 Tinker Diagonal Del City Ok 73115 to fill out an application and be prepared to start work immediately based on interview. Office Hours are Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
