Now Hiring: Construction Laborers - Fencing Installation Are you looking for a hands-on, physically active job with long-term stability? We're hiring Construction Laborers to join a hardworking fencing installation team in the Rogue Valley ! What You'll Be Doing: Installing metal and wood fencing at customer sites Digging holes and mixing concrete for fence posts Loading, unloading, and packing materials Using post hole diggers, hand tools, and power tools Measuring and cutting materials with precision ( must read a tape measure ) Assembling fencing with nails, screws, and fasteners Working outdoors in all seasons - rain or shine Following instructions and working as a team player What We're Looking For: Experience in fencing or a related field preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and up to 100 lbs occasionally Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions Carpentry skills are a plus Reliable transportation to report to the main site before traveling in a company vehicle to job locations A strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude Job Details: Full-time, long-term position Monday - Friday, day shift Travel to job sites throughout the Rogue Valley in a company vehicle Excellent benefits after the probationary period Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour , based on experience If you're ready to work hard, be part of a solid team, and build a long-term career in fencing and construction, apply today! #1951LI
