Were hiring for our new, expanding service department. Our facility is new renovated with heating, air conditioning, led lighting, and insulation. It has 17 service bays and up-to-date equipment. The dealership, a mid-century building, that has been recently renovated. We operate Monday to Friday, with optional weekends and major holidays off. Our work environment is family-friendly, positive, and upbeat. Our service bays are clean and newly renovated. All of our repair bays are indoors with Heating and Cooling!! Skills

-Perform high-quality maintenance and repair services, including suspension, brakes, A/C & heating, electrical,

-belts, radiators, and water pumps, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in top-notch condition.

-Some Heavy-line repair required, installation of transmissions, engines, and additional powertrain components.

-Focus on safety and customer satisfaction, delivering vehicles cleaner and safer than when they arrived.

-B level qualifications or higher, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair

-Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination

-Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and familiar with

-Alltel, AllData, and Identifix.

-Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies

-Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve

-Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

-Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively

-Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

-Valid driver's license and clean driving record

What Were Looking For:

-Experience & Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in automotive repair and maintenance, High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.

-Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain required steps for repair, and parts needed both written and verbally including taking pictures during the Inspection Process - Also the ability to communicate to customer and Service Writers / Managers and Inspectors effectively if need be.

-Passion for Excellence: Detail-oriented, committed to being best in class, and passionate about delivering superior car care.

-Requirements - Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
