Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for someone with commercial and industrial painting experience who is interested in some PART TIME work for a client located in Beaverton OR.

This client specializes in manufacturing products for a vast array of industries from aerospace to entertainment!

Shift: Mornings

Hours: 20 hours per week

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00+ depending on experience

Painter Summary:

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join the team on a part-time basis. This role will involve prepping, painting, and finishing equipment and surfaces. The position is ideal for individuals seeking a consistent morning schedule and a stable work environment.

Painter Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
Mix and apply industrial paints and coatings using spray, brush, or roller techniques.
Ensure proper adhesion and finish quality on all painted surfaces.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Inspect painted areas to ensure quality standards are met.
Report any equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the supervisor.

Painter Qualifications:

Previous experience in industrial or commercial painting preferred.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic knowledge of painting tools, equipment, and safety practices.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a variety of environments.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a manufacturing or industrial setting. The use of protective gear such as respirators, gloves, and coveralls may be required, and provided for you.
