Painters

We are looking for a Painter/Maintenance pay depends on experience.

Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old finishes, sanding, filling cracks and holes with putty or plaster, and
Painting Application

Minor Repairs:
Perform minor repairs such as patching drywall, fixing small cracks, or repairing minor furniture damages
May collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects or address specific issues.
Knowledge of Painting Techniques:Proficiency in various painting techniques, including brush, roller, and spray application.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with other staff members and customers.
Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems related to painting and maintenance tasks
Physical Dexterity: Ability to use hands and fingers with precision and dexterity.
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment up to a certain weight.
Assisting with General Maintenance:May assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.
