Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical equipment and systems
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical and mechanical components
Read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints
Calibrate and adjust equipment for optimal performance
Perform equipment upgrades and modifications as needed
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on project teams
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Train and mentor junior technicians as required
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Respond to emergency repair calls as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field
2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or repair
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
Proficiency in using various hand tools and diagnostic equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
