Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $80/hour
Location: Carlsbad, NM
Assignment Duration: 12 months+
Work Schedule: Mon - Sat / 50 hours+

Responsibilities
Primarily reports to the Construction Manager and assists Construction Superintendents, will work any requests for coordination
Reviewing of construction planning
Reviewing and approving hydrotest packages
Compile information from Construction Superintendents and produce weekly construction reporting
Engaging with Engineering phase to provide constructability input
Coordination of interfaces between Projects and other organizations such as Operations and Drilling
As requested, drive special initiatives such as Safety, Mechanical Completion, Quality from development through implementation
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in engineering or construction science
Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), capable of navigating 3D models of facilities
Knowledgeable in construction safety and able to be a strong contributor to the Safety culture
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledgeable in basic oil and gas separation, processing, and compression
Strong knowledge of piping codes/standards, material grades, and typical construction practices
Able to coordinate efforts of multi-discipline teams
Ability to understand/review engineering deliverables such as P&ID's, Isometrics, Electrical One Lines
General knowledge in civil construction and E&I construction
