Luxury Home Builder looking for an experienced superintendent for high end residential renovations and additions.
Work is located in Palm Beach County, Mon-Fri with no weekend hours. Company vehicle provided after 45 days.
Paid holidays and offer of health insurance after 90 days. Paid vacation after 1 year. Pay review after 90 days.
MUST have 10 years verifiable RESIDENTIAL renovation and new construction supervisory experience. Duties include on site supervision, scheduling subcontractors as well as holding them accountable to schedules and overseeing their work, maintain construction schedule, and coordinate inspections. Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task. Must be able to work with high end homeowners, subs and office personnel. Must have reliable transportation to start and a clean drivers license. MUST BE LOCAL as in currently living in Palm Beach or Broward County.
