Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Painter to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for painting the interior and exterior of residential homes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both brush and sprayer techniques, as well as the ability to work on roofs and tall ladders.
Responsibilities:
Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces of homes
Work with various paint sprayers and tools
Perform prep work, including sanding, caulking, and priming surfaces
Ensure proper safety measures while working on roofs and using ladders
Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Meet deadlines and work efficiently in a team environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential painting (interior and exterior)
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Experience with paint sprayers and other painting equipment
Comfortable working on roofs and tall ladders
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Must be able to work 40 hours per week
Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
Preferred:
Experience in St. Johns County or surrounding areas
