Your Role:

• Performing plumbing service calls in residential settings.
• Installing plumbing systems for re-pipes, bathroom remodels, sewer and water replacements, water filtration systems, and more.
• Confidently installing tankless and traditional water heaters to code.
• Installing residential drainage and water distribution lines to code.
• Installing residential fixtures such as toilets, faucets, tubs, shower valves, and more.
• Educating customers on plumbing products and parts when needed.
• Communicating effectively with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhering to local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Performing various tasks assigned by managers based on company needs.

What We Need from You:

• 5+ Years of Residential Plumbing Experience with a strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installations.
• Pride and Passion in Your Work: We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering top-notch service.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs, work outdoors, climb ladders, and navigate tight spaces regularly.
• Strong Communication Skills: You’ll be interacting with clients and customers, so clear and professional communication is key.
• Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license is required with a safe driving record.
• Pre-Employment Requirements: All candidates must pass a drug screening and background check.
• Education & Experience: We value demonstrated education, skills, and experience over specific certifications.
