Now Hiring: Journeyman Plumbers - Lynchburg, VA - Apartment Complex Project

CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring Journeyman Plumbers for a multi-unit apartment complex project in Lynchburg, VA. This position involves a variety of plumbing tasks in a residential construction setting. We're looking for licensed, experienced professionals ready to contribute to a fast-paced jobsite.

Please Note:

CCS does not offer on-the-job training. Only experienced and licensed plumbers will be considered.

License requirement:

• Valid Virginia Journeyman Plumber License (must be active and in good standing)

Scope of work:

• Install and pressure-test water, drain, and vent piping systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings
• Perform rough-in and finish plumbing for new apartment units
• Work closely with foremen and site supervisors to meet project timelines

Compliance requirements:

• Background check (BG)
• Drug test (DT)
• Active OSHA 10 Certification (available free through CCS if needed)

Job requirements:

• Full set of hand tools and PPE
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and with precision
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
