We're looking for a Maintenance Operations Manager to take the lead in keeping our healthcare campus powered, plumbed, and perfectly maintained. You'll be the go-to expert for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems from the Energy Center to the smallest pipe fitting. In this role, youll collaborate with our Corporate Director of Facilities and a dynamic team to plan, repair, renovate, and innovate across the entire campus.

What You'll Be Doing:Leading and supporting the team responsible for maintaining all campus MEP systems.
Making sure all preventive maintenance and repairs are done right by the book and by the building code.
Partnering with our Design & Construction team on renovation and upgrade projects keeping things on track, on budget, and up to code.
Managing contract service teams and ensuring their work meets our high standards.
Keeping meticulous records using our work order system (TMS), so we know what was done, when, and by whom.
Staying in sync with safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards (CMS, TJC, etc.).
Using your expertise and leadership to make our facilities safer, smarter, and more efficient every day.
Must-Haves:
A Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience that shows you know your stuff.
5+ years of experience in facilities/engineering management or complex building operations.
Solid understanding of MEP systems and building codes.
Skilled in managing teams and juggling priorities without breaking a sweat.
Great communicator written, spoken, and with a knack for explaining technical stuff in plain English.
Comfortable using maintenance software (like TMS), purchasing systems, and CAD.
If driving is part of the job, youll need to meet our Fleet Driving Safety requirements.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting (or the willingness to learn the ropes fast).
Familiarity with CMS and TJC accreditation standards.
