Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management of 3-5 concurrent commercial construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. Own project performance, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and adherence to budget and scope. Serve as the primary liaison with architects, owners, engineers, and field teams to resolve issues and drive projects forward. Forecast resources and proactively manage schedules to avoid delays and cost overruns. Spearhead change orders, submittal processes, and client communications throughout project lifecycle. Implement safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance on all job sites. Maintain thorough documentation including daily reports, photos, and long lead item tracking. Collaborate closely with leadership to identify areas for operational improvement and scalability. Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management with proven ability to independently lead projects from bid through closeout. Strong background in ground-up and tenant improvement projects including office, hospitality, convenience store, and storage builds. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance. Proficient in project management software such as RedTeam, Procore, or similar platforms. Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project timelines. Adept at interpreting construction documents, coordinating inspections, and enforcing quality standards.
