Director of Preconstruction - General Contractor

With their Head Office located just outside of Denver Tech Center, these organizations boasts great tenure with strong company benefits Your new role As the Director of Preconstruction, you will have direct responsibility for overseeing all planning, design & early construction document phases across a range of Commercial, Healthcare, Advanced Industries & TI projects. Experienced across a wide-ranging Portfolio, you will optimize cost and efficient where possible whilst showcasing strong stakeholder management skills with architects, engineers and consultants, among others. You will help develop and manage RFPs and report back on real-time feedback for design choices and implications.
