Project Manager

The Project Manager I supports Power Contracting's operations by driving field and internal projects to completion, analyzing results, and contributing to informed business decisions. This role requires strong financial insight, project tracking, and clear communication across teams and with clients. Key Responsibilities: Oversee project schedules, quality, and resource use. Report project updates to internal teams and clients. Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with utility policies and construction standards. Develop operational and financial reports, support monthly performance tracking. Work closely with estimating teams using historical data for future bids. Lead project meetings, coordinate with field supervisors for accurate inputs. Requirements: 5+ years in utility or civil construction project management. Experience with project budgeting, reporting, and scheduling. Bachelor's in Construction Management, Business, or similar (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and financial analysis. Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills. Valid driver's license; up to 30% travel in AZ/NM.
