The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through close-out. The role requires hands-on leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and best practices. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams Prepare and present regular reports on project status, costs, and performance Identify and manage project risks and issues Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience managing commercial or residential construction projects Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills OSHA certification is a plus Must be able to work on-site in Dallas, TX
