Automation Personnel Services is looking for a TIG Welder for a company based in Tallassee , Alabama . In this role, you will primarily be responsible for metal fabrication using tig welding based on customer specifications . Pay Rate
$ 19 .00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule and Hours
Monday through Thursday , 6: 00 am to 4:3 0 pm. Friday (OFF) TIG Welder Duties and Responsibilities
Capable of welding standard noncomplex (skylight) production parts without assistance . Familiar with safe welding practices . Must be physically capable of loading fabrication parts onto the welding table. Capable of meeting quality standards and production efficiency metrics Must understand and follow all companies CTQ (Critical to Quality) Must have basic knowledge of all skylight material, such as but not limited to 800MD, 800MDE, 900MD, 870SC,805SC, etc. Must understand and follow company scrap process. Must work well in a fast-paced environment. Must work well in a team environment. Other tasks/duties as required by employer or management. TIG Welder Qualifications and Requirements
Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and vehicle insurance
Ability to lift 50lb throughout shift. (Lifting assessment given in the office) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Proper unexpired documents required to complete the Federal I-9 process. Background and Drug Testing are required. Must be 18 years or older. Job Type
