We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team! Function : The Warehouse Supervisor supports the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and inventory control in the warehouse. They are responsible for monitoring operational performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting logistics processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to plumbing contractors, builders, and other trade professionals. While this role does not include direct supervision of staff, it plays a critical role in coordinating with warehouse personnel to maintain productivity, ensure workflow efficiency, and uphold safety and quality standards. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, staging, shipping, and replenishment. Monitor productivity and workflow to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Communicate task priorities clearly with warehouse personnel to align with delivery schedules and customer needs. Track inventory movements and assist with inventory control processes, including cycle counts and reconciliations. Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the warehouse and recommend process improvements to management. Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, damage, or missing items; escalate issues as needed. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and warehouse standards to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment. Verify that all warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is operated safely and maintained properly. Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination of order flow and inventory levels. Support the implementation of warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain documentation and reporting related to daily warehouse operations, shipping logs, and inventory discrepancies. Serve as a point of contact for resolving day-to-day issues on the warehouse floor and providing real-time support to team members. Assist with onboarding and training new warehouse employees on standard operating procedures, even without direct supervision. Position Requirements:
- High School diploma required.
- 3-4 years or equivalent job experience preferred.
- Previous supervisors experience a must.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail required.
- PC/Eclipse skills are a plus.
- Must be able to sit/stand for 8-10 hours.
- Must be able to lift to 75 lbs.
