Long Island's largest residential real estate investment and management firm seeks an experienced residential Construction Manager to organize, manage, and grow our construction division. We currently purchase 100 - 125 houses each year, and we are growing. Help us fuel additional growth.

We seek an energetic, organized, detailed-oriented, and process-driven individual with 5+ years of residential construction management experience to take us to the next level. You must have a driver's license, understand every aspect of residential construction, and be good with technology. Understanding of project management principles and technologies is required.

Responsibilities:

Be able to locate, vet, and hire contractors, subcontractors, trades, and vendors.
Create construction job timeline, benchmarks and draw schedule based on agreed upon scope of work & bid.
Manage contractors/subs/vendors to said timeline & benchmark schedule.
Qualifications:

Available to work in-office, full-time.
Comfortable working in the field and visiting multiple job sites.
At least 5 years of residential construction management or related experience.
