Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and paper processing machinery.
Lay out, install, and repair pipelines and related equipment for hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, water, and chemical systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability.
Adhere to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures, confined space entry, and use of personal protective equipment.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support production goals.
Valid journeyman license (required).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
Proficiency in welding, machining, HVAC systems, and use of precision measuring instruments.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of mechanical principles and algebra.
