Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20-30 individuals, including coordinators, trades, and other construction personnel.
• Oversee the execution of large capital projects with budgets ranging from $200M to $500M+.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with complex documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with general contractors, municipalities, and global vendors to drive project success.
• Participate in high-stakes decision-making processes affecting multi-million-dollar investments.

• 10+ years of overall experience with 2-3 years of Canadian Construction Code experience.
• Proficiency in construction management and project management.
• Experience in managing complex large projects such as industrial buildings, dams, and bridges.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex documentation.

• Familiarity with Aconex or Primavera P6.
• Civil/structural engineering expertise.

This role requires to be working out of St. Thomas, Ontario, working on-site five days a week from 8am to 5pm. Expect 40 hours per week with potential overtime. 10-30% travel is anticipated to locations such as China, Spain, and Germany to collaborate with global teams.

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
