We are actively seeking an experienced Lead Painter to join our team at All Terrain Painting & Repairs NW. This is a full-time position with consistent year-round work. Were looking for someone who can lead projects, mentor crew members, and represent our high standards on every job site.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a Lead Painter (interior & exterior)
Ability to manage a crew and run jobs independently
Solid communication and organizational skills
Drywall and repair experience is a strong plus.
Reliable and professional, with a strong work ethic
Available Monday through Friday
Willing to travel within the 1-hour surrounding area

Requirements:

Must have your own basic tools (Grip)
