Experienced Asphalt Paving & Sealcoating Estimator

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced estimator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asphalt paving and sealcoating and be confident in preparing accurate, competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and submit bids for asphalt paving and sealcoating projects, commercial & residential
* Conduct site visits and takeoffs to ensure accurate estimates
* Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors
* Maintain excellent customer service throughout the bidding process

Requirements:
* Proven experience in estimating asphalt paving and sealcoating jobs
* Strong customer service skills
* Self- motivated and able to work independently
* Excellent organizational and communication abilities
