Responsibilities

Related California is looking for a Contract Administrator to create and draft contract documents relating to the construction of residential and commercial projects. This individual will be based out of the Irvine office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Incorporate scope of work, vendor and payment information into existing contract templates based on information received from the development, construction and design teams
  • Obtain vendor and internal approval of the agreements by acting as the liaison between vendor, legal and internal teams to resolve any negotiation points in the agreements
  • Maintain central repository of all existing agreements
  • Maintain database of vendor insurance compliance
  • Maintain contract templates
  • Formulate and document contract administration practices and office procedures
  • Special projects as directed by management

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $80,000 / year
  • Annual performance based bonus

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in procurement/contract administration, real estate and construction is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but various business degrees acceptable with the appropriate work experience
  • Experience with DocuSign is highly preferred
  • Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective working both independently and within a team
  • Attention to detail and quality, and strong organizational skills
  • Sensitive to deadlines in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Resourceful and creative approach to problem solving
