Construction Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day internal and external operations and administrative processes for construction projects, company equipment, and fleet management. Responsibilities include direct communication with staff, management, customers and vendors. You must be well organized, possess great task-switching capabilities, and be able to think on your feet to make sound decisions quickly. Our Operations Manager must also support daily operations through processing documents, recording information, importing/entering data, and maintaining records while complying with department policies and procedures. This is a hands-on, project management position- you are expected to conduct on-site inspections, manage construction projects from the bidding through completion, and take responsibility for profit margins.
