The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and managing projects related to multi-family housing construction.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project plans and schedules
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and approve project designs and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating and project management
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
