Job Description: Are you passionate about developingworld-class outdoor power equipment? AriensCo is looking for a dynamicProject Engineer to join our team! In this role, you\'ll not onlysupport the enhancement of existing products but also lead amulti-disciplinary team through all technical aspects of new productdevelopment. You\'ll be responsible for upfront planning, resourcing,and maintaining the project schedule. Working closely with the PlatformManager, you\'ll take charge of the technical development of newproducts, ensuring they meet our high standards. Lead the multidisciplinarytechnical team that delivers new product development projects Work withPlatform Manager(s) and other functional groups to develop project planand resource estimates Prepare engineering documents including scoping,cost estimates, capital expenditures, project schedules, andrequirements documents Conduct and lead recurring team meetings andbreakout technical discussions Maintain project action trackingdocuments and drives for completion of open activities Work with ProductDirector, Platform Manager, and Product Manager to convert customerlanguage into Product Requirements Coordinate technical design reviewsrelated to product development for platforms and ensures implementationof decisions Coordinate with and provides technical information to othergroups as required\....
