Cad Drafter

Develop code-compliant drawings from concept to completion, including floor plans, cabinetry layouts, framing, roof, walls, electrical, plumbing, and gas schematics. Create HUD, Modular, and Commercial construction packages for Northeast customers. Collaborate with operations, sales, and quality assurance teams. Ensure compliance with building standards by working with local and third-party inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, code-compliant drawings from initial concept through to completion.
• Create detailed floor plans, cabinetry layouts, framing, roof, walls, electrical, plumbing, and gas schematics.
• Produce HUD, Modular, and Commercial construction packages specifically for Northeast customers.
• Collaborate effectively with operations, sales, and quality assurance teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with building standards by coordinating with local and third-party inspectors.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for architectural drawing and residential construction.
• Experience in residential design and CAD drafting.
• At least 1 year of experience with AutoCAD.

• Experience in residential construction.
• Willingness to work on-site in Leola, PA.

The position is based on-site in Leola, PA. You will work alongside three other drafters, although the work is largely independent as each drafter handles their own assignments. The company has been in operation for about 20 years and offers an environment that encourages growth and learning. There is a strong focus on succession planning, allowing for long-term career development. Benefits commence on the first of the month following the month of employment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
