We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to support a variety of transportation and infrastructure projects throughout New York City. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile public worksdesigning streets, highways, drainage systems, and morewhile working with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Location: Financial District, NYC (Hybrid: 4/1 or 3/2 after onboarding)

Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid after initial onboarding

• Perform engineering design tasks including roadway/highway design, grading, drainage, utilities, and green infrastructure
• Design work zone traffic control plans and site layouts
• Develop design documents such as plans, profiles, cross-sections, and construction details using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, specifications , and contract documents
• Support multi-disciplinary teams through all stages of design and project execution
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support engineering goals

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• 2+ years of relevant experience, particularly with NYCDOT and NYCDDC civil/highway projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Civil 3D , and/or MicroStation
• Strong foundation in transportation design, drainage systems, and grading
• EIT certification (preferred)
• Experience developing civil/highway design packages and coordinating with public agencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience collaborating on multi-disciplinary design teams
• Familiarity with green infrastructure and urban site development projects

• Office located in the Financial District , NYC
• Hybrid work schedule available after onboarding (3 or 4 days in-office based on team needs)
• Work on meaningful infrastructure including streets, highways, railroads, and public utility projects that shape New York Citys future

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
