Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual designs, schematic designs, and detailed architectural drawings for corporate office spaces and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Prepare presentations, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate sustainable and innovative solutions into designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on corporate or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and corporate design standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to clients and project teams.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing corporate office spaces, headquarters, or mixed-use commercial developments.
- Familiarity with workplace strategy and interior design for corporate environments.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows and collaboration tools.
