Architectural Designer
Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. While experience in hospitality (resorts) or museums is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role will involve pre-design, schematic, and design development, focusing on details, base, core, shell, and curtain walls. Additionally, the candidate will engage in drafting and documentation, preparing architectural drawings, plans, and construction documentation using Rhino and Revit.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all phases of design for resort projects and children's museums.
  • Engage in pre-design, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and construction documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of curtain walls, base, core, and shell designs.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Essential Skills
  • 5-8 years of architectural design experience.
  • Proficiency in Rhino and Revit.
  • Strong skills in architectural design, design development, and schematic design.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and construction documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality (resorts) or museums preferred.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong influence in the design of projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $40.86/hr.
