Design Engineer

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. 1-2 years of experience with SolidWorks. Experience in civil structural engineering or with metal/sheet metal. Proficiency in performing engineering calculations. Experience reviewing product designs and drawings from a CAD drafting team. Preferred Skills: Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification and a potential path to Professional Engineer (PE) licensure. Job Responsibilities: Review and ensure the accuracy of product designs and drawings provided by the CAD drafting design team. Collaborate with Process Engineers on product design for steel, aluminum, and stainless steel products, as well as underground products for manholes, used in the wastewater, telecom, and electrical industries.
