Summary: Seeking a Site Civil Engineer with extensive experience in large industrial construction projects to represent the engineering team on-site for a major manufacturing facility project.

Requirements:

BS Civil Engineering

10+ years of construction project field experience

Experience with underground utilities, outbuildings, grading, and pavements

Advanced proficiency in BlueBeam and/or Adobe Pro

Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

OSHA 10 certification

Preferred Skills:

PE License

Newforma experience

OSHA 30 certification

AutoCAD and AutoDesk Civil 3D proficiency

ProjectSight experience

Responsibilities:

Represent the design team and Engineer of Record (EOR) on-site

Respond to technical questions from contractors

Act as the initial clearinghouse for submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs)

Perform general observations of work

Coordinate directly with the Owner and Design-Builder

Coordinate with local inspectors/officials and utility providers

Resolve field matters on site, including clashes or conflicts during construction
