Foreman

Premier Construction Services is actively seeking a Foreman to lead its commercial construction projects. The Project Foreman should have a track record of completing ground up new construction and finish outs on commercial projects ensuring successful delivery, within schedule while also excelling in his or her ability to manage owners, venders, subcontractors, and field staff throughout each project.

Select Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on site-construction activities.
• Complete tasks such as metal stud framing, hanging drywall, painting and finish carpentry. 
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and venders to ensure quality completion of projects.
• Provide guidance, direction, and support to PCS team members. 
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Problem-solving to address delays, emergencies, and other issues.
• Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or protentional risks.
• Maintain a professional standard, including attire, workmanship, and friendly demeanor on every jobsite and at all times

Candidate Qualifications

• At least 5 years of commerical construction experience required, preferably, with construction in the medical field.
• Attention to detail and precision in work. 
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. 
• Strong work ethic, tenacity, and ability to work well with others. 
• Physical strength and stamina for manual labor.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Desire to develop and expand your construction career.
• OSHA-30, preferred.

This job requires you to solely manage PCS employees and subcontractors on-site while having enough experience and knowledge to work through miscellaneous construction issues that may arise throughout all phases of construction.
