With a growing Dallas studio and a strong design pipeline, they are now looking for a Hospitality Project Designer to join the team. This role blends concept development with project delivery, offering the chance to work on some of the most refined and design-led hotel, resort, and F&B spaces in the country. Key Responsibilities: Lead early concept design, master planning, and 3D storytelling Collaborate with the design and project management team to develop spatial layouts, elevations, and interior packages Produce high-quality 3D visuals and presentation materials Present ideas internally and directly to clients with confidence and clarity Coordinate design intent across all project phases Help shape the creative direction of projects while mentoring junior team members Contribute to the culture of the studio through collaboration, initiative, and openness Key Skills/Requirements: Background in Architecture or Interior Architecture Strong experience in hospitality, high-end residential, or F&B projects Excellent concept design, space planning, and storytelling skills Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and/or Rhino Comfortable presenting to clients and working in a collaborative environment Confident communicator with a people-first mindset Architectural license a plus, but not required To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your resume (and portfolio for design positions).
