Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic team in Davenport, IA. In this role, you will lead the design and development of innovative products, from concept through production. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Tech Services, Sales, and Marketing to ensure products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on engineering role that requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple product development projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. Design and develop mechanical components and systems using Pro/Engineer (Creo) CAD software. Conduct and participate in Gold Standard meetings to define and refine product specifications. Analyze prototype builds and manufacturing processes to identify improvements and ensure manufacturability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs through testing and data analysis. Support continuous improvement initiatives in product design and manufacturing processes. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including reports, procedures, and correspondence. Perform other duties as assigned to support team and company goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in mechanical design and product development. Proficiency in Pro/Engineer (Creo) or similar CAD software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Work Schedule Standard first-shift hours: Monday to Friday.
