Superintendent

Pay Range: $60/hr - $70/hr

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience on large commercial, industrial, or manufacturing construction projects
• Hands-on field experience; ideally someone whos risen through the trades (e.g., carpenter, plumber, etc.)
• Strong understanding of MEP/CSA systems and ability to interpret architectural, civil, structural, and electrical drawings
• Comfortable leading contractors and holding teams accountable to safety and quality standards
• Solid understanding of short-term construction scheduling
• Willingness to be 8090% in the field and lead by example on safety and performance
• Exposure to budgeting and scheduling processes, even if not directly managing them

NiceToHave:

• Experience working in R&D labs, clean rooms, or similar environments
• Familiarity with Bluebeam for markups or drawing reviews
