Summary: Seeking a Construction Engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering and five years of relevant experience to manage and support construction projects at Ellsworth Air Force Base.
Requirements:
Five years of relevant experience.
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Army/USACE projects.
Responsibilities:
Serve as Project Engineer on assigned contracts.
Perform routine project tasks independently; escalate complex issues.
Participate in contract modification process.
Consult with stakeholders regarding project progress and issues.
Conduct pre-work, coordination, preparatory phase, and safety meetings.
Study plans/specifications for construction requirements.
Recommend changes to plans/specifications as needed.
Develop and implement Quality Assurance Plans.
Support onsite Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) activities.
Monitor contractor's compliance with plans/specifications.
Advise Resident Engineer on construction progress and potential delays.
Update project status in RMS system.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
