Construction Project Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Construction Project Engineer with expertise in contract administration, quality assurance, and project management for construction activities.

• Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to perform routine project tasks independently and elevate complex issues.
  • Knowledge of construction requirements and design criteria.

• Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in developing Quality Assurance Plans.
  • Familiarity with RMS for project status updates.

• Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Project Engineer on assigned contracts.
  • Consult with stakeholders to advise on progress and resolve issues.
  • Conduct pre-work, coordination, preparatory phase, and safety meetings.
  • Recommend changes to plans or specifications as needed.
  • Prepare scopes of work for RFPs and assist in government estimates.
  • Support onsite Quality Assurance Representative with construction activities.
  • Monitor scheduled progress and advise on potential delays.
  • Review contractor plans, submittals, and performance correspondence.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
