Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site installation of new HVAC systems, ensuring proper setup and system integrity

• Perform system startups, calibrations, and operational testing to verify manufacturer specs

• Walk customers through system functions, control settings, and maintenance guidelines

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with mechanical and electrical components

• Work closely with contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion

• Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates in a timely, professional manner

• Serve as a technical resource for clients and internal staff

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of HVAC service, installation, or commissioning experience

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and startup procedures

• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills—mechanical, electrical, and controls

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and wiring diagrams

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
