Alarm Coordinator/Alarm Installer

NTT DATA Services currently seeks an Alarm Coordinator/Alarm Installer to join our team in Cumberland, RI for a 6+ month Onsite contract role. **PAY: $22.50 per hour** **HOURS: 8am-5pm EST** Individual is responsible for supporting Burglary, Fire Alarm, and Access systems for Retail stores. Maintains accurate record keeping of calls received. Maintaining alarm processing database. (Placing accounts on test and confirming signals) Remotely accesses alarm systems to force communications as needed. Handles inbound calls for all the above items. + Must have the proven ability to:o Work under stressful situationso Actively listen and communicate effectively through clear speech and hearingo Follow instructions Required Experience: 3+ years experience in alarm system installation &/or servicing. 1+ years customer service experience Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to maintain information in the strictest confidence. Experience providing customer service, over the telephone, with proven ability to be sensitive to each request and apply strict confidentiality. Must be proficient and fully functional in Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology.
