Painter

Location: Boston, MA (Boston Logan International Airport)

Shift: 3rd; 7:00pm-3:30am

Pay: $33.00-$37.00/Hr.

We are seeking an experienced painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting, patching, drywall installation, and mudding techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
• Install, repair, and finish drywall in various construction and renovation projects
• Perform patching and mudding to create smooth, even surfaces
• Mix and apply joint compound to seal joints between drywall sheets
• Sand and texture surfaces to achieve desired finish
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on job sites
• Estimate material needs and manage inventory
• Follow all safety protocols and building codes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in painting and drywall work
• Proficiency in various painting techniques and finishes
• Expert knowledge of drywall installation, patching, and mudding
• Ability to operate painting and drywall tools and equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Physical stamina to work long hours, lift heavy materials, and climb ladders
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs
