Hiring a Licensed Plumber!

We are looking for a licensed plumber to come on board our new business. We have more work than we can handle already, and we're looking for someone to join up. This job is commission only, but as a technician you'll earn 25% of all revenue from each job after parts. We pay for parts! As a new team member, our ideal candidate is positive and willing to work hard; attitude is everything. This job is for you if you also want to learn about how to grow a new business, or someday want to start a business of your own. You'll receive sales experience, business experience, and trades knowledge as you work. We believe in investing in our team members as a metric of our success. This means license and/or schooling test costs, medical insurance, bonuses, company retreats, and/or profit sharing...we are not there yet, so we need someone to come help us get there. The answer is YES, the question is HOW.

You'll need ALL of these items before reaching out;

-Driver's License and Good driving record.
-Residential Plumbing License or 2 years as an Apprentice
-Pass a Background Check
-Works well in a Team

You'll want SOME of these;

-Bilingual (beneficial)
-Sales Experience
-Drain Cleaning Experience
-Willingness to work flexible hours. 8-8 (rarely), normal hours 9-5 (M-F), Saturdays (rarely).
-Lives within 25 miles of Denver area.
