*Job Overview*

We are seeking Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding techniques and the ability to work with various materials. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the capability to read and interpret schematics and codes/standards. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components on construction sites.

*Responsibilities*

- Operate hand tools and welding equipment to perform welding tasks effectively.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.

- Adhere to industry codes and standards while performing welding tasks.

- Rig and assemble metal components according to project requirements.

- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

*Qualifications*

- Experience as a Welder.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.

- Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks.

- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.

- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
