A large national commercial builder is in search of a Superintendent to be located in Raleigh, NC. This company has experienced successful growth for decades and builds sizable projects in mission critical, healthcare, higher ed and general commercial markets. They are known for their commitment to the client and an impeccable reputation as a design build firm in the US.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 10+ years of management experience in commercial construction
• Experience managing large teams and projects of at least $30 million
• Prior experience with technology centers, mission critical or healthcare projects
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
