A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 4-10 years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience working with large teams and projects of at least $10 million
• Experience in multifamily, senior living, light industrial, warehouse projects preferred
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
